Bike (Road) 6:00:00 [3] 122.0 km (2:57 / km)
ahr:128 max:152

Up early and on the Roadie left my place and headed to Eugenana for orienteering circuit, meet AB, Wils and Dan at Sulpher Creek, battled a head wind all the way. Had a Solid climb up the Don Hill and then nice decent into Eugenana. After the orientering headed back home starting with a verysolid climb out, struggled up (although felt lots better than last roadie effort) then good run down down hill, stopped for lunch in Ulverstone
then headed home with ab and wils to penguin with wils doing a couple of long turns on the front at a "brisk pace" boys headed home from there and I cruised back with a nice tail wind. Great day out.

orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Good little circuit around Eugenana. Good map reading exercise in a great spot. Very enjoyable spot

Swim to start the day still getting into the groove.

Trek 3:30:00 [3] 12.0 km (17:30 / km)

Trek at Loyateya with AB, up the peak then off track on dusk, missed our initial target but were able to find where we were at and scrub bash to find forestry road then picked our way back. Good exercise in navigation also great views (will return here) and good fun outing.

Swim 20 [3] 0.6 km (33 / km)

Nick started swimming for the surf club so i decided if i was going to be there i may as well make use of the time, 5.30 alarm is a bit rude but! Kicked away with a very lazy 600m.

Run wih AB up East Cam, still struggling to get air but hopefully better for the run. A few nice hills to help the training along plodded along at a consistent pace (slow uphills) - AB is in a different league on foot. Head there again shortly.
