had a day in venice walking the streets. Covered a fair bit of territory even though it was pissing down for a fair portion. A lot of the party decided it was to wet and spent the majority of the day in the pub drinking 6 euro beers????
sort of thing you do when you have flown half way around the world and are there for only a day!!!!!!!!!
Seen more than on last visit and tacked onto a guided tour and learnt some more.

run around the old city of modena - similar to yesterdays run but added another area. still cant sleep but felt ok during the run. shoulders and gut is sore from the exercise circuits.

sit up and push up circuit. Holy f&%k i am sore - just shows how out of touch i am with this sort of exercise.

getting into a routine same circuit as yesterday - but felt better

Run 45:00 [3] 8.0 km (5:38 / km)

Could not sleep so sent jo message for wedding anniversary - first one that i have not been home for in 19 years, then headed out on cool morning for a run around modena. Had a great time jogging around the old city - it has a bike track right around it so navigation was easy. Felt like i moved well got l of strange looks running around in shorts and a tee shirt. Much better for the run.

finally able to sleep after 31hour on planes.
Did the snake bite circuit 5 x 10 push ups + 5 x 20 sit ups
felt like shit
