Very soild ride on Sunday morning. Burnie Park to Ulverstone and return via south road. Not hilly or quick but big head winds made for some very tough sections. Met Jo in town on return and had a very enjoyable recovery session at Krustys!

Umpire div 1 semi final. Unusually quiet, good open game and not to many arguements.

Played in the 2s second semi final lost 5-3. A collision with the goal keeper has left with with a very nice bruise on the cheek and eye, scored the goal though, so that helped.

Replayed div 3 match after last weeks events. Had a one all draw which was enough to put the team into the finals. Finished 4th. Did some good running - 1st time for a week or so - felt a little twinge in the Hammy so will need to monitor that.
