Paddle with steve and ab from surf club to parklands shop and return. Paddle over was good but a little slow on return due to balance reasons! Getting better with each paddle.

Took the hockey training for the boys, headed from the surf club to west somerset then up to the goat track. Did 1 x jog up to show the boys the route and then 3 x at maximum pace. Very wobbly at end of 3rd one! then run back to the beach and did crocidile back to the surf club, finished with a 3 minute soft sand shuttle run.
