Training session 2 on 2 game. good fun with plenty of running.

Paddle (Fenn Multisport) 3:12:00 [3] 23.0 km (8:21 / km)

Paddle with steve and ab in the leven. Left the yacht club and paddled up as far as possible which put us in the paddock prior to the tram trac. Short break then return to yacht club. Rapids at top end of leven were fun and steve took the marms award for a dip in the water. Time taken includes a 7 minute stop at the top. Fely quiet good for the journey. Longest paddle for some time so happy with the workrate.

Trek 2:07:00 [3] 15.27 km (8:19 / km)

Afternoon trek from home to Burnie Soccer ground via coast and other tracks. Had full pack and walked the uphills and shuffled the flats and down hills. Trying to get used to running style of shuffle !!!!

Indoor exercise circuit, very solid work out. more core work, sit ups, push ups and boxing. Very warm inside.

Trek 2:30:00 [3] 8.0 km (18:45 / km) +303m 15:46 / km

Off track walk from rangers station to a point behind coles bay then followed the ridge line around to pick up three other high points then folled a creek line back to south friendly road and jogged back to rangers hut. Legs cut about from spills and from wearing shorts, but first climb resulted in some brilliant views.
