MTB 2:30:00 [3] 42.0 km (3:34 / km) +389m 3:25 / km

Left home and headed up the hill was a struggle to move after playing yesterday!, into somerset and then up east cam - ignoring the new signs warning of private property - passed a fellow mtb rider who like me could not read the signs and headed uphill to behind mum and dads, turned left under the power line tower and road across to the gas pipe line track? and practiced hike a bike to the top. Followed the track back to the cemetary then up onto west morrvill, 3 mile line, romaine, havenview and finally to crustys for a coffee with jo, nick & cameron. Cruised home on a warm and very still day. Passed steve out jogging at camdale. Very nice ride - had pack probably at heaviest likely weight.

Field Hockey 1:10:00 [3]

Had planned to play but with a couple missing decided to take the field, had a good run around and covered a bit of territory. Won 6-1 so that was a good start!

Trek 3:15:00 [3] 13.0 km (15:00 / km)

Trek around sisters beach following (or trying to) a course set out by Staz.
Got dark very quickly and there was plenty of bush bashing through some thick scrub. Navigation was difficult given the maps were old but visibility was tough as well. Good fun on a very still night. Run into anniversary bay was a highlite seeing the coastline at sunset.

Upperbody and leg session, plenty of lunges, step ups, stair work along with push ups, chin ups and body weight holding good fun on very crisp evening.

Circuit work at the surf club . Enjoyable session did plenty of stair work, endurance is getting better, core work may be starting to pay off?
