Solid little hit out with a circuit consisting of 11 stations 1. tyre throw 2. skipping 3.sprint (with tyre attached) 4. shuttle run 5. tyre flip 6. sit ups 7.push ups 8. sprint (rope ladder set up on ground) 9. Burpees 10. skipping
11. star jumps. Aim was to go flat out for 1 minute then 30 second rest to get to next station and so on. 5 minute break then boxing exercises for 15m and finished with the 11 station circuit.
