MTB 1:35:00 [3] 31.0 km (3:04 / km)

MTB from my place to resevoir drive, lap around normal circuit then back to home. Very wet, muddy and slippery at resos. Had big head wind on way out so flew home, was able to sit on 33km from resos turn off to the mount hicks roundabout. Spent 1/2 hour cleaning my baby on return - much to the amusment of others.

Tour de fluid trainer stage 8 - first night in the alps still riding well enough not to have to get out of the saddle, pushed on the flats a bit more today. It was a very warm - forgot to turn off the heater! Sat up and watched the rest of the ride - magnificent stage with average speed of 38km for the 190km just awesome- cadell moved well but mr schleck looked very comfortable!

umpired the ones and played in the twos - finally had full squad and won 3-1. Umpiring was interesting spent more time getting cards out of my pocket than blowing the whistle, at one stage it was 9 on 9 with four players having a rest. Good fun listening to the crowd!

Tour de Fuid trainer stage 6 - 42kms on relatively flat stage so didnt need to get out of the saddle.

Morning MTB ride with AB and Steve, loop from surf club to the top of east cam and return. Very fresh this morning. Felt better as the ride went on but was blowing like a billy goat early.

Exercise circuit with KAW, great pyramid session. Start with 3 minute stair run then 3 x push up, 3 x sit up with hold, 3 x back arch, 3 x burpee, 3 x side bridge left and right, 3 x stationary run, 3 x lunge and 3 x squat jumps. Repeated the circuit with 6,9,12,9,6,3 reps, each with 3 minute run inbetween.

Run around the streets of Ulverstone while nick was swimming. From the pool to rowing club then over to the new "sports precinct" for a look (quite impressive) then return via surf club. Cruisy effort and just beat the rain.

Circuit run from montello around the local hills, four climbs and return. Nice evening out for a run.

Started the "tour de fluid trainer" last night. Aim is to ride everynight 10.30 to 12 ish whilst watching the tour.
