Bike 1:01:50 [4] 29.0 km (2:08 / km)

Had not planned on Tullah but thought i would see how I felt. Passed on the paddle and started with road bike leg. Slow start then hooked up with a group that were going a little faster than I wanted but hung on as long as i could. Was buggered at the turn so lost the group and rode home solo until steve caught up 2km from the finish. Rode a little better than expected.

Last leg of the tullah - 7.5km cross country run. Great course, but i was so sore and suffering cramp that it made it less than enjoyable. Was not expecting to much and just hoped to get round in resonable time - failed on both counts!

Cruisy return to paddling, did one lap of the cam from surf club. Bonus was that i never fell off>

Back into some training after the back got better. Feel like I am square 1 - which is good cause I cant get any worse!! On the scales for the first time since XPD - not a pretty site!
