Trek 1:52:14 [3] 14.0 km (8:01 / km) +370m 7:05 / km
ahr:120 max:142

Run/Trek exploring as many tracks as possible up East Cam. Trying to find if and where they link up with each other. Warm afternoon out of the wind. Got accosted by a logging contractor as I come out of one overgrown track that eneded up in his logging area, after answering his question of "Cant you read the signs mate" with "good luck if you can find the signs from where i just come from" he seemed to see reason and we had a little chat and left best of friends!
I am aming to set a rogaine with gps coordinates in next couple of weeks, i know where not to go now!!!
Note: Found motivation this weekend in the form of a book called Crossing the Ditch. Can highly reccommend the read!!!

Interesting paddle in and around the Burnie Wharf. Warm up then intervals underneath the wharf. Think we got about 8 -10 x 85/90 stroke efforts. Got the heart rate up to 138 close to all time high for paddle.

ahr:125 max:142

Unsure of distance, but run from surf club up scarfe street, back accross to east cam road, upon to 2nd hole on golf course then ito the bush behind the golf course. Followed the track from golf couse end and come out on the main track that ends up back at scarfe street. Great little run and good to find some different track. Got better as the run went on.
