Trek in the east cam area with AB and Webbs. Folled a pre set GPs course for the fist 90 minutes then had a tour around for another 90 minutes. Some good little climbs that sorted me out and legs very tight for last 30 minutes but overall moved ok for first longer outing in a while. Jogged more than walked so that was good.
Weight session. Used heavier weights and did 3 sets 20 reps x 5 different exercices with 5 sit ups on incline bench between exercises (=105 sit ups) and 3 minutes on the speed ball between sets.

Paddle at Burnie Yatch Club, little warm up then out behind the break water for a run back with the swells before going under the wharf area for 10 x 200m efforts. Got HR up to an all time high in the boat good session. 4.75km paddleing to and from start (including outside breakwater) then 10 x 200 efforts with 200m return = 4km

Pulled all the old weights out of storage as Camo has decided to start doing some. Figured i would try and add 3 sets a week into training routine as well so did first official weight session in a loooooooong time. Used very light weights and did 3 sets 20 reps x 5 different exercices with 5 sit ups on incline bench between exercises and 3 minutes on the speed ball between sets.
Left from cam river boat camp and headed up east cam to go an mark points for a gps rogaine. Nice to be out on the bike did some decent little climbs and got in some hike a bike practice as well. Great area to play in, was out of the wind so fun hit out.
