Weights 45:00 [3]

Weight session. Used dumbells and did 3 sets 15reps x 5 different exercices with 5 sit ups on incline bench + 5 other sit ups between exercises (=210 sit ups) and 3 minutes on the speed ball between sets.

MTB 2:10:00 [3] 37.0 km (3:31 / km)

Afternoon ride with Cameron from home to Wynyard, around the river track and back to Somerset surf club - quick beer at the break up then home. Pretty cruisy ride got rained on real bad towards the end. Camo moved well but got cold after the rain, think he suffers from whippets disease........... no body fat to keep him warm!!!
