Sunday evening run from Inglis River to Cam river along the coast then home via goat track and seabrook road. Blowing a bloody gale and got rained on but nice run. Seen 2 or 3 people for the whole distance. Moved ok and only had a short walk up the goat track. Ran 9 on 1 off.

Very relaxing swim at the surf club. Had a rub today so feeling better. Brilliant evening out.

Exercise circuit with KAW training, good hit out and worked as hard as I could. Very muggy out.

Return Journey doing a fartlek, trek for 5, jog for 5 and hard effort for 5 minutes. Tide was a bit further in so a bit more rock hopping on the way back. Felt lots better than in the past..... maybe starting to turn the long corner! Finished with a body surf in some nice waves whipped up by the easterly.

Beach Run from the surf club to Doctors rocks, had a tail wind so pushed hard to see how it went, ran 9 on 1 off, had the tunes on so probably helped. Reached the turn around point and decided to fartlek on the return journey to break it up a bit.

Run from Somerset beach to Cloverlea Nursury and back. Beautiful evening ont he beach and finished with a swim at the surf club.
