Easing in to "riding the tour", was a bit weary last night after long day of doing sweet ...... so put on a movie and just turned the legs over for a while. Went to bed and watched the ttt.
Run from Fernglade Bridge, thru the reserve to Stowport then down the road back to Fernglade bridge then to old surrey road via a very overgrown track, onto romaine and back to Fernglade. Managed to run full stride into a log hidden in the ferns on the way uo to surry road which caused a great deal of pain! Had the new pack on and it felt very comfortable. Forget what nice area this is to run in and will look to do more here.
Under wharf intervals 11 x 100 stroke efforts (200m ish long). Picked up the occassioal runner to make it a bit easier, starting to feel lots better in the boat - but still plenty of work to do........
KAW training 100 night. Circuit training comprising 100 shuttle runs, pushups, ab execises, prision jumps, lunges, burpees and leg tucks.
