Morning Ride from Burnie Park to Penguin, back to Howth Round about then up to Riania via creamery road, stotts road then back to Burnie. Bloody cold on the feet, some good climbing - lot happier with the MTB cluster on the road bike. Great morning to be out with some specy morning frost views.

Paddle at wharf with Steve and AB. Very Cold and messy sea, got asked to leave the wharf area due to boats so ended up being mucked up session

Running sesion with KAW. Found this one a bit easier and felt good..... legs certaintly have had a good work out this week.

KAW sposored training session. 5.15am is early start especially when warm up is push ups! Again solid session finishing with sit up / push up combination that was very tough.

Run from Somerset school to beach around to river up the Murchison then to the top of Somerset then back to the school. Felt good other than legs a bit sore from the week end.

Finished run then over to the goat track for 10 x hill efforts. Efforts at 3/4 pace with no rest other than the jog back down. Legs burning by the end.
