Very solid hit out at KAW training. Did the 12 days of christmas exercise pyramid. 1 x 50m sprint ,2 x tricep push up, 3 x star jump, 4 x burpee, 5 x push up, 6 x stumpies, 7 x Toyota jumps, 8 x bicycle crunches, 9 x prisoner jumps, 10 x standrd crunch, 11 x 10m sprint, 12 x side bridge. Finished the session with boxing.
Feeling stronger this week, will se how i get through xmas week and then determine if to aim for cradle to coast.
