Early morning run with Pete, river track and more. Magic morning out - the good bit of daylight savings ending, crisp clear mornings. Moved well and felt ok.

Run hills 45:00 [5]

Hill session in the Burnie Park, from bottom of water fall steps to first light pole before Paraka Street, allowed myself maximum of 1 minute to get to the light pole then had what ever was left in that minute plus one minute to be back at the start and rest. Aim was to do as many as possible before i could not make the light pole in the 1 minute time period. Managed to get out 10 reps - couldnt do anymore and had a lay on the grass for couple of minutes to recover. Legs felt like jelly for a while.........long way to geo.

River track run then out to fossil bluff, around the point and return. Distance is an estimate plan was to be fairly mobile for an hour, struggled early but got better as run went on.
