KAW training - Given a series of exercises and a maximum allowable number reps for each then we worked on our own to get as many as possible done in the 50 minute time period. Ende up with..... burpees x 60, push ups x 200, step ups x 100 each leg, tricep dips x 100, prisoner jumps x 100, shuttle runs x 20, lunges x 80 each leg and 280 crunches. Missed out on 2 x run loops and 20 crunches - although some of the crunches may have been questionable towards the end!!
