Up early again and had a run around the river track. Felt hard from the start and had to push myself to keep moving at haf decent clip. Think it is time for a rub, general soreness taking over.

Early morning walk with Jo, nice to be out early and helped wake up. Feeling very tired at the minute.

Field Hockey 1:10:00 [3]

Probably the worst game of the last couple of years. Got thumped 5-0. Did a few km but very hard game to be motivated in.

Time for a short hit out before training, couple of laps warm up then 60 x 15m (long) hill climbs.

Short little session thios morning, bloody windy out so punched into a head/cross wind then cruised back.

Solid morning hit out. Burnie Park to Creamery road and return, will take a little while to get up to the speed the boys are travelling at the minute - spending plenty of time in and around the back of the pack. Good thing is that they are pushing pretty hard so i am working hard to stay on - more than i would do on my own, also loving the 5-15am get up time!!
