Run in the reserve, lots of off track through the plantation up and down hills. Very flat after counter meal and couple of beers for mothers day. Glad to get out though.

Paddle on the double with AB, few stops for adjustments but quiet i felt ok, 3 laps of the river. Nice to get some time on the double.

Very Solid KAW training night, plenty of running and body exercises. Just the hit out i needed -pushed as hard as i have for a while.

Ride from Burnie Park to Wynyard and return. Boys were mobile today with sections of 35+ km, needless to say i was not on the front, but stayed connected.
