Melba flats to Montazuma falls and return. Super fun ride on ABs 29er - moved beautifully, very fast track . Had a couple of falls as my shoes were too tight in cleats, so made for some very funny offs.
Well worth the trip

Ride from burnie park with Steve to howth picked up becks then ab, through to penguin, Mission Hill and riana. Becks ad I headed to camera and not one then home. Steve and ab onto gunns plains and Ulverstone.
Ab and becks climbing very well. Felt like I moved ok just need more speed on the climbs

Paddle 1:10:00 [3] 10.0 km (7:00 / km)

Paddle from surf club around and up the cam. Met up with Steve and paddled a couple of laps with him. Vajda moves very nicely - except when stuck on a log 5 x 4 minute efforts then 10 minute solid effort , rest was pretty cruisy. Paddled back to the surf club to find it all locked up so spent the next hour finding some with a key. Lucky it was a nice night.

Surf club to top of fernglade and return. Over dressed this morning so very warm!

KAW training - first session in a while and what a corker. On the west beach, very warm evening. Power of running and exercises with very little down time. Swim afterwards was awesome.

Paddle in very choppy conditions, from surf club west and return, then in and out from the beach, good balance paddle. Never went swimming so that was a bonus - paddled with ankle strap attached just in case though.

Morning ride from home to Somerset and return via Coopers Lane and East Wynyard. 2 x 20m efforts 1 into wind and one with tail wind.

Short sharp beach run after work.
