Flat run with Peter along foreshore at Wynyard. Pushed hard to try and blow out this head cold.........didn't work!

Afternoon paddle from surf club to cooee point, back along coast line to cloverlea, return to surf club and finished with a little surf. 10 minute warm out, 20m on,20 off,20m on.

Off track work around sisters beach including some very thick bush bashing. Ended up being very good hit out. Apart from lack of oxygen felt pretty good. Hamish and AB moving well.

Paddle 1:20:00 [3] 13.0 km (6:09 / km)

Paddle on the lovely Cam with Hamish and Marms. From surf club did 3 laps and a bit with one lap 4 minutes solid followed by 3x 1m hard and 1m easy, meant to do four sets of that but could only manage 2 sets then was too buggered. Think I have reached the cold peak and on the way back but tomorrow night will sort me out!!

KAW session, lots of work with tyres. Very warm and felt like shit.....waiting to shoke off the lurgie!

Paddle 1:24:00 [3] 12.24 km (6:52 / km)

Paddle on the double with the Hampster. From surf club to Cam then 3 laps including 1 lap warm up working on technique 1 lap with ladder to 100 then 1 lap 100 on /off and back to the surf club. No swimming tonight and struggled for air.
