Run from honeymoon bay to swanwick, explored a few tracks and just ticked over. Trying to keep mobile for the duration.

Paddle from Swanwick to Freycinet lodge for coffee. Is there any better place in Tasmania to paddle?

Trek 3:32:51 [3] 8.76 km (24:18 / km)

Off track Trek around southern friendly beaches. Climbed from the southern side, loop around to the old mine site and return. Had a bit of practice navigating but lots to do before September.

Play around in the waves out the font of swanwick. Club ski a bit long.

MTB 5:40:00 [3] 89.5 km (3:48 / km)

Left Lake Leake info centre and rode through to Coles Bay. Forestry Road, 4wd track and highway riding. Good solid hit out, struggled on the climbs but felt ok on the rest. Probably one of the most uncomfortable rides in a while on the old KHS. Steve and AB moving very well and the Hampster moved quite nicely. Train into Coles Bay was moving nicely and took some holding on to.

On the double with hamish, paddle to Cooee Point and back in a messy sea. Good balance practice. Stayed dry.

Hill run in the Cam valley with Camo. Ran into the big hill then 8 x 45sec hill efforts with return to bottom as rest. Ran back through the golf club. Legs a bit sore from yesterday.
