3 Laps of the Cam and a play around out the front of the surf club. Met Steve and hamster on the water. Feel like paddling is improving slowly.

Run from Burnie Park to yacht club and return via the around Burnie Track. Rained the whole way . Felt good most of the journey but wrong shoe choice resulted in a blister, newer inov8s are half a size too small. Better to know now.

Evening hill ride session. Started at yacht club and did fern glade, old Surrey road, bickport road, west moor vile, and 3 mile line. About 800m so tough little session. Did not feel too bad, but bit slow on the climbs.

First early morning paddle, went from surf club to cooee point - playing around in the swell and return and caught a few runners when back. Water temperature still very nice.
