Note

Day on the chain saw and block buster cutting and splitting wood in a clean up outside the house day. Finished before the rain - buggered.

Muppet outing in the dial. From Keddies creek track to Mt Duncan, southern loop up Duncan then back down the Duncan decent and return. Very still evening, feeling good own the treks at the minute but will still need plenty of hill work with pack on. Will fill old pack up and try and take on all bike and run/ treks from now on.

On the MTB from work to burnie park, around the burnie track and return home. Very foggy out wich made for some interesting times through the old tip and down into romaine. Couple of adjustments to seat height etc made for very comfortable ride. Looking forward to getting more off track soon to try it out properly.

Rfom KAW up to the hockey for a leisuley game with the 3s. Nice to run around in not to serious game and have a few laughs - very sadly out of touch! but won 5-3.

Hit out with KAW training. Good hard session with very little down time. Great to hear kent still getting over M2M and has done very little over the last week.

First official ride on the new bike - a quick squirt around mount hicks. Gearing a littile different to previous but moves very nicely. Lots of MTB work required in the near future to bring level up.
