Glade loop with morning crew. Nice fresh morning to be out and moved along pretty well today.

Very solid hill running session with KAW training. Took camo along for a run. Very enjoyable hit out.

Coastal run along the beaches and headlands from Somerset to cooee and return. Tail wind heading east, then into a very cool headwind. Ticked along ok with no real effort, in fact found it a bit boring.

Bit more climbing practice in the hellyer gym. Two footed option seems to be much easier!
