Paddle 2:15:00 [3] 19.5 km (6:55 / km)

Paddle with fellow muppets on the leaven and gawler rivers. Had the very comfortable doubles. Moved along ok for first paddle in a while.

MTB 4:00:00 [3] 50.0 km (4:48 / km) +1395m 4:13 / km

Followed the paddle with good solid hit out on the MTB from the rowing club through gawler, back of the golf club, tram track and some climbing up in the dial. Moved ok - not as good as the tourist who is flying. Wet, shitty day made for some cold conditions.

Quick run around wynyard with Pete. Nothing too difficult but great night to run - finished just as it started to rain!!!

At a work conference in Scamander, finished for the day. Had a choice of 1. Start drinking at the bar, 2 have round of golf and drink or sneak away and hide. Took the last option and snuck off for a run along the Tasman highway from scamander to beaumaris and return. Very windy out, slug into it then cruisy return.
