Short little MTB ride over the back from Swanwick, few little hills and was a good hit out.

Paddle 2:10:00 [3] 17.0 km (7:39 / km)

Paddle to Freycinet Lodge from Swanwick, felt a bit unstable on way over due to loose rudder lots better on the way back. Big block of paddling coming up.

Night navigation session in behind coles bay. Rained all night and got wet and cold - coat not so good? Was a good training session and navigation is getting better. Apart from feeling cold was enjoyable outing.

Very solid days hit out. Hazard traverse , plenty of up and down and off track work. Legs will certainly know about it.

Not sure of distance as no watch. started out as a run but ended up as a trek. Cam valley area jogging walking the newish tracks cut in by loggers. Ended up doing a couple of loops and coming out through the golf club.
