Trek 3:27:50 [4] 20.5 km (10:08 / km) +1323m 7:40 / km

Final leg smash before XPD in the Muppet home training ground. Old tip - Gnomen, Dial, Duncan, Tall Trees and back through Keddies. Took 1/2 hour to get into it but after that was not to bad. Vertical climbs still hard work and was a bit in Duncan / Tall Trees and Keddies and 1323m climbing confirmed this. Overall happy at minute with trekking.

Paddle 2:39:58 [3] 22.5 km (7:07 / km)

Paddle with Kent and Pilky from surf club to wynyard yacht club and return. Day started with a play in some very clean waves and was mega fun. Felt strong for the paddle over and back but core got a work out as couple sections had plenty of balance required. Good fun.

MTB ride after dropping the car in for a service, went and seen the sights of burnie. Round burnie track, fern glade, stowport and romaine. Finished the day with a massage.
