MTB 1:50:00 [4] 20.0 km (5:30 / km) +793m 4:35 / km

Started the long, long road to MTB fitness for XPD. Mount Gnomen repeats!!
Nice warm up ride in then up we go for 3.5km. Managed to eke out 1 and 3/4, then return to car. Steve and AB moving well but I have some work to do but looking forward to being able to knock out four x 30m climbs before November.

Afternoon Trek with Moldy, Cam and Brad from Sisters Beach to Boat Harbour. Track is in great condition and it was a very enjoyable stroll.

Trek 3:21:00 [3] 22.0 km (9:08 / km)

Trek / Run from soccer club along coast to wynyard, up to mt hicks and back home through the reserve. Run 1.6km trek 1.6km for the journey. Got a little damp towards home but otherwise not to bad. Coast section very enjoyable.
