Trek 4:47:30 [3] 28.8 km (9:59 / km) +880m 8:40 / km
Wet hit out with Muppets in Sisters/ Rocky Cape. Solid pre grand final trek and legs knew about it at the end. Got through 25km ok but last 3.5 was a grind. Nice to get in the legs.

Trek around dove lake and back through cradle valley was nice start to couple days R&R at Cradle Mountain. Jo did well as we moved along at a steady pace. Want to climb cradle tomorrow but weather is not looking good so might be day in the tavern!!
