orienteering race 6:00:00 [5] 27.5 km (13:05 / km) +1300m 10:35 / km

Run Rhuben Rogainne at Orford. Awesome weather and conditions, course area was great and plenty of specky views from the ridges.
1110 points was a good result with no mistakes and with plenty of climbing. Last hour was a struggle as legs were knackered. Good fun day

Paddle 1:10:00 [3] 10.45 km (6:42 / km)

Anzac day paddle with marms from surf club , few laps of the cam and return. Morning started well with marms falling off at the river mouth in messy conditions which resulted in rather long swim for him :) Couple of solid laps then back to surf club.
2 PM

MTB 1:36:35 [3] 32.16 km (3:00 / km) +555m 2:46 / km

Afternoon road ride on the MTB just to get some distance in the legs on the MTB. Bit of climbing up through back cam road and village lane.
