Weather looks crap for the weekend so on the indoor trainer for a very solid session which included a 6km hill climb, legs shit by the end. Nice to get done on a friday night, had the telly on watching the footy which made it much more interesting.
Slow lazy run around Somerset, legs were not overly happy from last nights bike session, Enjoyed the night run on the beach, dark and still. Did not push too hard, just getting some time on the legs.
