Making progress on the leg. The tendonitis is decreasing and need to rebuild strength in right leg. That is the main focus prior to running.

Feeling better and the right leg is starting to participate in the ride. Had my a.. handed to me by 2 cyclists again today. Fortunately, I am too weak to fight it, just put your head down and focus on your recovery and plan. Not even strong enough yet to even try to hang with either of them. Getting better each time and that motivates. I am finally confident that I will put this behind me. I hope that I do not have any lingering pain with the knee. The knees have been good to me over the years and they have always taken their beatings without a fuss.

Back, biceps, abs and some legs. I am getting stronger each week and the benefit of the injury is that I have spent some nice time at the gym. After reading some other logs and some physical therapy exercises, I am starting to mix in a little core training and thinking of adding a 30 minute routine.
