Perfect warm day in SF even at 5:50am when I took off. Pushed hard on the main part and posted a fast time on course I ride a lot. New bike has some acceleration on the climbs. the wheels are fantastic.

Up at 3:50am to fly to LA, but took advantage of the Santa Monica Mountains this evening. They kicked my a.. Need more variety in my running. I had planned on lifting tonight as well, but finished after midnight and called it quits.
