My back is still about 90%, but felt good on the ride today. foggy to about 1500ft and then clear and sunny to East Peak of Mt. Tam. It always suprises me to burst through the cold fog into a nice sunny day and then decend back into fog world.

Back is about 90%, so decided to only do 3 hr ride and not run before the ride. Felt good on the ride and posted a fast time for me on this route.
