12 year wedding aniversary. Slept in and had the boys on a sleepover. Headed out for a steady ride mid-morning and made a few efforts to get the blood flowing. Now I will taper into the Wiskeytown 24hr next weekend. Last year it was a tough course.

Almost a perfect sunny day on the Bay. Perfect glass inside Richardson Bay almost to the base of the Golden Gate. Some waves going under the golden gate and to the mouth of the Bay. Nice tempo for the entire paddle
