Left again before sunrise and had to take it easy on first decent because darkness and thick fog limited visibility. Just felt ok and maintained a steady tempo.

Kayak 50:00 [3]

Paddled a triple with my two boys in Richardson Bay. My youngest felt it was funny to use paddle as brake and occassionally splah dad. My wife backed out at the last minute because she felt it was cold and had a glass of wine at nearby cafe. Decent workout with the two rats in the boat.

Left 1 hour before sunrise to get ride in prior to kid's soccer games. Nice day and great sunrise over the headlands. Fog in the valley's, but clear on the peaks and good view of Golden Gate Bridge Towers above fog.
