Hike with my boys, Cindy and sister in San Diego. The trail was tricky in sections and a hike I did a lot when I was young. The boys and I did some steep sections on the way back and my youngest was hammering along at a good clip. They get stronger each week. My oldest announced that you "better go fast because I dad doesn't wait" Not quite true, but funny to hear.
