Typical summer day in San Francisco, Foggy and cold, then warm through sausalito, then foggy, wet and cold up Mt. Tam until reach 2000ft and you burst through the fog into a perfect sunny day to the top of East Peak, decend into fog, then sun, then more cold, wet fog into SF. Felt pretty good, but small muscles showed lack of mileage and fatigued a little too early. I will try to ride a lot in next two weeks to alleviate some of this prior to race.

Well, after some down time hit my first run and felt sluggish. Kept steady pace and pushed a bit at the end. My legs are lacking that strength from consistent training. Well, at least the coming race is long and at altitude to provide plenty of opportunities to suffer...
