Good morning ride in brutal fog to start, I could barely make out the turns on the climb up to skyline. We then took off for a bears loop. We did not push too hard other than a couple short efforts on the climbs. The goal was 4 rides before the weekend. Feels good to have them in the bag.

Early wake for mix road/dirt ride with Kyle. He flew on some descents where moisture, dust and lighting made it hard to see. Tired getting up, but great to get out. We made some efforts along the way. Good time.

Run on hot day in Los Angeles. 104 degrees out for entire run. Felt good for first 1/2 of run, the heat took a toll on the way back. Sweating buckets at finish. It should be low 90's for am run tomorrow.
