Early start, 3:50 wake up and meeting at 4:30. Nice clip of bears loop, easy pace and push the main climbs. Kyle was fast as usual up the climbs and I was grinding my way up. Better conditions made for faster ride.

Good hard rain for duration of this one. Planned, 4x5min intervals, but shortened to 4x4min because Kyle was able to reach the top too quickly. Then we tacked on some mileage and I received a lesson in multiple creek crossings in the dark. Maintain speed as if it's not there. This one was good fun, but hard work for me.
