Bike (Trainer) 1:00:00 [3] 19.0 mi (19.0 mph)
slept:5.0 weight:167lbs

Up early for an easy trainer session w/ Kyle.

Kayak 2:45:00 [3] 15.1 mi (5.5 mph)

Showed up to Kyle's kayak storage location and to my surprise the new Epic Double Surf ski was there and ready to go. Water conditions were perfect and it was a little cold, but no rain :). First time paddling a surf ski of any kind and it showed early as I added some balance issues to the boat. Kyle made a few quick brace moves to keep us from an unwanted XMas eve swim. Otherwise, we settled into a nice pace until I totally cracked in the last third and really fought every stroke home. We need a few paddles together before we feel the real speed in that boat.
