Early 3:50 wake up and on the road at 4:15 for a cool Bear Loop ride with KP. He dropped me on the first small incline and that was a concern as I was still sick and need everything I have normally. We settled into a decent pace and it was definitely cold with ice/frost on the rode in some sections. He took a nice pull, gave me a couple of mercy pushes and it was in the bag.
