5 min transition following run, and out the door to push a steady pace. A little cold in a section referred to as the Ice Box by local riders.

First time back out doors in a week. Tried to keep Z1/Z2 and just see how the calf felt. It was fine for first 30 minutes and then becoming increasingly an issue after that. Need this to go away by next weekend.

Good ride on cool morning. Ice along the rode on the Orinda portion of the ride. Pushed a little on the climbs and felt better.
