Slowed a bit by heavy fog in dark for first 45 minutes. Felt pretty good all day, cracked a bit on second half of Mt. Diablo climb. Regrouped and pushed hard on the way back. Added Tunnel Road climb to get ride over 5 hour mark.

The plan called for a long ride this morning, but 3 flats in first hour and the need to be home for my son's soccer game forced a change of plans. Headed home and quick shoe change and out for a run. Will do the ride tomorrow.

Felt good on the run follow the short ride. Nice to leave the heavy pack on the floor in the garage.
