Got up early to meet KP and join the Berkeley Bike Club Friday group ride. I knew I could only join for a short portion of the ride, but the route went close to home. Small but nice group and was dropped even at a coffee pace.

Had some time between meetings and squeezed in a nice hike. 100 Degrees heat of day at start. The plan was to tackle a mountain that is between my two client offices. It was hot a should have brought more water. The plan was to follow the line straight up to the mountain after working my way out of the start. Good time for sure.
