Trail run on the "side show Bob" trails. Super muddy and slippery (which made it a bit slow going) but really fun and the weather is amazing!

Treadmill run. Was really good. Kept an average of 6 miles per whatever it is the treadmill is showing....why can't it be in metric?! I just don't get it....

Tredmill run. Not too bad for being inside. I am still taking it easy to get back into it without too many issues.

Backcountry Skiing 5:00:00 [3] +1300m

Skiing at the Gorge with Bart, Kevin, Travis and Mike. Heavy snow and warm temps. Triggered a 0.5 slide plus one that might have been a little bigger. We changed route plans based on the conditions and had a safe day.
