Hike/Scramble 6:26:00 [4] 12.0 km (32:10 / km) +1665m 18:59 / km

Scrambled up Mt. Rundle with Mike. Easy start with long switchbacks. About half way the trail got steep. We passed a number of "tourist teams" on the way up (very good for your ego, but when you have a closer look and notice their cut off jeans and hiking boots you don't feel as good anymore). The top was awesome with a super drop off the one side and awesome views to the south west. Mt. Assinaboine was visible and you could see most peaks to the west. The top was cold, mostly because of wind. No problems with my IT bands. This is a good sign. Must be the tights!

Ride with Courtney, Bart, Sarah, Kevin and Mike at Mc Pherson. Lots of fun technical riding again and a few really steep drops. My new bike is amazing and the more I ride it, the more I love it!

Revy Mc Pherson trails with Bart, Courtney and Mike. Super hot out. Great technical riding.
