Road Biking 2:30:00 [3] 77.0 km (1:57 / km)

Road ride in Peterborough with Paige's bike group. Fun and steady ride with some hard bursts up the hills. It was super windy again. Paige's friend John is a shimano rep and he sold me a pair of $350 road pedals for $150. Sweet!!!

Beautiful fall ride from Paige's house up to Stouffville and back. We stopped in the town for some soda. Super strong headwind made our pace a bit slow, but we had a girlie good time. I'm feeling it for sure. hope I can keep up on the ride in Peterborough tomorrow.

Our ETS program started up tonight. As ususl we had to get our watts sorted for the fall sessions. We did the 3 minute time trial, rested for 12 minutes, followed by the 20 minute time trial. On my 3 minute time trial I managed 236 watts and in my 20 minute I amanaged 190 watts. I was super happy with both, especially the 20 minute result.

I didn't go 100% since this was my first attempt at this, but will hopefully be able to go harder the next time. Pretty fun workout! And my head is not feeling too bad!!!
